Welcome to Storage Masters. By accessing our website, renting storage space, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Promotional rates and discounts are available for a limited time and may be modified or discontinued without notice. Offers are generally available only to new customers and apply to select units based on availability. Additional charges, taxes, administrative fees, and other restrictions may apply.

Promotional pricing is not valid for transfers between units, existing rentals, or the addition of extra storage spaces. A reservation may be required to secure advertised pricing. Unit dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly from actual measurements. Customers are encouraged to inspect their storage unit before completing the rental process.

Online-exclusive pricing is available only when reservations and rentals are completed through our website.

Storage rentals are provided on a month-to-month basis. Once a rental agreement has been executed and payment has been received, all charges are considered non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused rental periods, including prepaid rent.

The rental term begins on the date the lease is signed and continues through the end of that calendar month. Thereafter, rent is due on the first day of each month. Rental charges are not prorated when a customer vacates before the end of a billing cycle.

If an error results in an incorrect charge to your account, we will review the matter and issue an appropriate refund for any verified overpayment.

Merchandise Sales

All merchandise and retail item purchases are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not permitted unless required by applicable law.
