After you’ve rented, we’ll get you the information you need to finalize your rental, and we can discuss your use of our 14 to 15-foot box truck. If you’re moving in, you’ll put down a $200 deposit for the truck. For move-outs, it’s a $400 deposit.
Schedule Your Move-In
Secure your moving truck slot with our staff. Let us know whether you prefer 10:15 AM to 5:15 PM or 5:30 PM to 10:00 AM the following morning. Our moving trucks are free within the first 2 weeks of rental. You’ll need to show us a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance in order to rent. You’ll also need to purchase facility truck insurance as well.
Tackle Your Moving Day
Things can change on the day of the move. Do you need someone else to drive the truck? As long as they’re present at the time of the truck rental and provide their driver’s license, they can drive. You’ll still need to provide your license and insurance, though. The truck’s yours to use on your moving day, complete with a moving dolly and 10 moving blankets.
Return the Truck
Once you’ve finished moving everything, you can return the truck and get your deposit back and handle gas. The first 20 miles are free, and it’s $1.19 per mile over 20 miles. We’re happy to make your move a little easier!

Give at least 5 days’ notice. Remove your lock, clean the unit, leave the door open, and notify the office so a manager can inspect it before completing the move-out.
- What ID do I need to rent a unit?
A state-issued driver’s license or state-issued ID is accepted. Passports and military IDs are not accepted.
- Do you sell packing and moving supplies?
Yes. Boxes, tape, and other moving supplies are available.
