My husband and I have recently relocated to Chesterfield, Missouri and have rented units in your facility (3 to be exact) while we look to buy a new home.  I am writing today to let you know that your front office person, Susan, has been wonderful to work with.  She really went above and beyond to help make a very miserable day for me - better!  She was calm, reassuring and very professional.  She was able to help us find space for all our furniture in very nice, climate controlled units in a very short window of time.

I recently rented a storage unit at your St Charles location.  I was very happy with the service  received. This was my second time coming to the office. Both times Doug was very helpful . He could answer all my questions, took time showing me all the units available upon  my request,  and was never hurried.  When I signed the contract, I was there actually right at 6 pm and he never gave me the impression that it was "closing time" and was very accommodating.  I actually wasn't quite satisfied with the original unit I rented and he was very happy to redo my application and give me a unit I was happy with .
