Q:  Should I make a reservation?

A:  Storage room availability changes daily. Make sure the size storage room you want is available when you need it. We recommend you reserve your storage room before you arrive by calling our rental office in advance.

Q:  Can I reserve a storage room over the phone?

A:  You will need to visit the storage facility to officially lease your storage room. You can however reserve a storage room over the phone with your credit card.

Q:  What should I bring when I come to rent?

A:  Bring a driver's license or state id, and the name and phone number for alternate contact.

Q:  What type of payment is required?

A:  We accept cash, check, money orders, MasterCard, and Visa. Payments can be made in person during office hours, dropped in our night payment box or inserted in our "Storage ATM" at some stores. We also offer the option to pay online at our website.

Q:  What is the minimum time I can rent the storage room for?

A:  Our minimum required length of stay is one month.

Q:  Do I need insurance?

A:  We offer a storage protection plan which will pay for damage or loss of your contents with no deductible, up to $2,500. This plan can be purchased with a small monthly fee added to your storage rental. Your homeowner's policy may also provide some protection, but will normally have a substantial deductible.

Q:  Can I store a motor vehicle?

A:  We are pleased to provide enclosed automobile storage. Automobiles must be licensed and insured, and you must provide proof of ownership or registration.

Q:  What items are prohibited at your facilities?

A:  We do not permit the storage of collectibles, heirlooms, jewelry, works of art, or any property having special or sentimental value to occupant. We do not allow the storage of flammable, explosive, hazardous, noxious, or contraband materials or goods, or any item which violates environmental laws or regulations.
