We will also ask for the name, address, and phone number of three references, who are neither relatives nor former employers. One other thing you need to know about is our privacy policy, so here it is: With a few exceptions, all information collected during the course of your application for employment is for internal use by us, unless you specifically authorize otherwise. The one immediate exception is that we'll need to contact the references you provide us in this application. We won't contact your current employer unless you say we can, but we may contact previous employers to verify your work history, unless you say we can't. If we make you an offer of employment, we will also require that you submit to a background check, which may include credit information, criminal history, and driving record. You will receive a written document about this background check prior to our performing it, and will sign it to give us permission to do the check.
